Ambika Sangaran
Managing Partner

Ambika is focused on driving sales, business development and operational excellence. She aims to build business environments, ecosystems, procedures and processes that supports sustainable businesses in Malaysia. Ambika holds Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Tourism and Environment from Brock University, Canada.

Ashfaq Ahmed
The Maker

Ashfaq too hails from Pakistan, from a province called Menshara. He came to Kuala Lumpur to provide a good life for his family back in Pakistan. Ashfaq has been sewing since 1985 and has 3 daughters. His eldest daughter is now in college, pursuing a diploma in computer science. She is using a laptop he purchased for her from Malaysia.

Winnie Woo
Production Manager

Winnie graduated from Technical University of Malaysia Malacca with a Bachelor (hons.) in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. Winnie is one of the front runners of the company. Decided to expand her skill set to ethical and sustainable fashion, Winnie manages the production of the bags and ensures the quality is up to standard.

Faris Tiang
Project Coordinator

Faris graduated from HELP University with a Bachelor of Marketing Communication. Passionate in woodwork and metalwork, Faris has been coordinating various upcycling and custom build projects since 2015 in Biji-biji Initiative, and extended his project coordinating skill and talent to manage Biji Biji bulk orders and customizations.
