We pride ourselves on producing quality and timeless products and as a strong supporter of sustainable fashion, we ensure that every Biji Biji seat belt bag comes with a promise of free repairs for a year* while providing lifetime** repair services.

This warranty is only available in Malaysia.

Please allow three weeks for repair and delivery. If your item does not conform to our warranty we will contact you to discuss repair fee or return shipping options.

* Free repairs for a year

  • Valid 1 year from the date of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase.
  • Applies to materials and workmanship under responsible use.
  • Applies to products in the Seat Belt Collection.
  • The warranty does not cover purchases made by other unauthorized re-sellers.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect.
  • This warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials or wear and tear.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Are the bags refundable/returnable/exchangeable?
Requests for exchange or return must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will arrange for an exchange or return. Product exchanges or return requests will only be accepted if items are returned unused, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received. Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on promotional items. Due to delivery circumstances, we cannot accept a return/refund/exchange request from an international location (non-Malaysian address).
