What is your exchange/return policy?

We pride ourselves on producing quality and timeless products. Hence, it is our pleasure for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will arrange for an exchange or return.

Product exchanges or return request will only be accepted if items are returned unused, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received. Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Requests for exchange or return must be made within 14 days after receiving your order.

What is the exchange/return process like?

Kindly email shop@biji-biji.com to arrange your exchange/return. The costs associated with the exchange/return due to product defect will be borne by us. The costs associated with the exchange/return for any other reasons are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Warranty Policy

What is your warranty policy?

At Biji biji, we believe in our craftsmanship, materials, and designs so much that we warranty them for our customers to use it for a long period of time.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all seat belt products. This warranty applies to materials and workmanship under responsible use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect. This warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials or wear and tear. The warranty does not cover purchases made by other unauthorized resellers.
